The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £91/$140 per week if requested at the time of booking, (for details of what the pool and spa heating will provide, please see terms and conditions). Wireless internet facility is available for an additional £15 per week.For bookings of 4 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £45/$70. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$311 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
