The villa holds 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The villa is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Restaurants, bars and shops on the 192 highway are less than 1 mile away. Other attractions: Seaworld/Universal Studios 20 minutes Florida Mall 30 minutes Orlando International Airport 35 minutes Florida Beaches (from) 1 hour 15 minutes Busch Gardens Tampa 1 hour 30 minutes
The resort is very easy to find, and directions will be sent to you after your final payment has been made. The entry key is in a coded lock box at the villa, so you will not need to stop off at a Property Management Company to collect them (very useful when you have had a long journey!). The keypad entry code will be sent to you along with directions to the property.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away which is beside a drug store (Wal-greens).
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
